A Coastal New England Wedding

Sarah and Harper are one of those couples who truly balance each other so well. Sarah is bubbly, kind, and a natural performer (seriously, her voice is incredible!), while Harper is more reserved, has a witty sense of humor, and is extremely curious. These two hit it off in NYC on a dating app and pursued each other long distance for a few years.

Their engagement story is the sweetest! Harper set up a puzzle (think Covid activities!) and the last piece was “missing” under the couch with the ring box. Sarah immediately said “yes” and now the puzzle is hanging up in their house!

When it came time to plan their wedding, Sarah and Harper envisioned a classic, coastal New England wedding. They wanted hydrangeas, a sailcloth tent, Adirondack chairs, great cocktails, lots of dancing to a 10 piece band, and backdrops of the Long Island sound where Sarah grew up sailing. And man did their vision come to life! Sarah and Harper had the most beautiful day with incredible attention to each detail and lots of sentimental pieces incorporated. My favorite was the Volvo station wagon that Sarah arrived in to her ceremony with her dad – it was also the car that her parents brought her home from the hospital in!! The whole vendor team knocked it out of the park and it was a dream to be included in their beautiful coastal New England wedding!!
