My first Aquidneck Club family session did not disappoint! We were lucky to have a gorgeous fall afternoon with the E family, and the foliage was in its prime—truly a dream setting for a family session.

Discovering the Aquidneck Club for a Family Session

I can’t believe I had never visited the Aquidneck Club before, but I’m so glad Hadley and John introduced me! This hidden gem is located in Portsmouth, just 10 minutes from my house. The private golf and country club spans 300 acres of waterfront property overlooking Narragansett Bay. It’s a favorite retreat for the E family, where they enjoy playing golf, socializing with friends, and spending quality time together.

A Picture-Perfect Session

We explored some of the most beautiful spots on the property, including the golf course, a charming bridge, and the scenic waterfront. The leaves were at peak color, and the sky was the crispest shade of blue—autumn at its finest.

Photographing toddlers can be unpredictable, but these little boys kept us on our toes in the best way. We spent a lot of time running, playing games, and capturing the sweet, candid moments that make family sessions so special. Keeping them moving was the key to happy smiles and genuine laughter!
